SAMU Marrakech employs over 150 qualified healthcare professionals, carefully selected and regularly trained. Many speak English alongside French and Arabic, and every team member passes a 5-point verification process before joining our staff.

From the tourist heart of Guéliz, Hivernage and the Médina to the Palmeraie villas and outlying areas like Tamansourt, Tahanaout and Ourika, our network of professionals covers the whole of Marrakech and its region. We position teams strategically — and use a motorbike relay in the old town — to keep response times short in every neighbourhood.
Our History
SAMU Marrakech founded with an initial team of 10 professionals, launching private ambulance and home nursing services for the city.
Expanded coverage across the growing city and launched the doctor-on-call service — the beginning of our reputation among expats and hotels.
Partnered with an accredited laboratory for home testing and began serving Marrakech's rising medical-tourism and festival visitors. Team grew to 50.
Coverage extended to the Atlas foothills (Ourika, Asni, Tahanaout) with an excursion relay, and a computerised, GPS-guided dispatch system introduced.
Enhanced protocols and protective equipment kept service running uninterrupted through the health crisis, caring for stranded travellers and residents alike. 100+ professionals.
40 zones covered, 150+ professionals and 98% satisfaction, with multilingual operators, digital reports in English and French, and deep event and medical-tourism experience.
